The CA33 and Sportmatch G3 variants are awesome, however the Tokyo Marui G3 or SG1 is also a really solid gun. We have one and it's performed superbly for close to 4 years now. The Marui will cost you more in upgrades, but still a solid base. I'd recommend (assuming you get a CA) a tightbore inner barrel, a spring upgrade to get it shooting around 350, and a full bore up kit. You could get all these upgrades (not counting labor) for less than $115. Also a low profile scope mount and decent scope would round it out well, and you could do that for less than $100. Before you know it you have a gun shooting reliably (thanks to the bore-up kit and inner barrel which put no stress on the gear box) close to 400 fps with a deadly accurate long barrel and a scope. Good luck!
